Charlyboy Declares Public Holiday for Lady D, office shuts.

As the beautiful wife of Charlyboy, Lady D, celebrates her birthday today, the Areafada who is known for his workaholic attitude declares one week of rest for both staff and family. Charlyboy who spoke with Dgr8t entertainment had affirmed that he has declared one-week public holiday both in his house and in his office, affirming that Lady Diane is a wife worth sacrificing anything for. The AreaFada told our reporter how he was able to grow from nothing to something with the CEO of Taakra.

In a confessional message from Charlyboy to Lady D, he said “ Like a flash of light, I’m startled at where we are today. The journey of marriage is always the higher you go, the tougher it becomes, but my journey with you in the past 30 years has been in the reverse; the higher we climb, the better, the easier it becomes. With all the mysteries, the enigma and the eccentric persona of the Charlyboy brand that has so tormented our lives; you are unswervingly glued to Mr. Oputa. You have never mixed up the two. You know your husband and your husband knows you.

There is no gainsaying that you are the most beautiful woman on earth. With just you, I evolved from nothing to something. With you, I simply grew my worth. In my next world, it’s Diane Oputa. You have not stopped showing me the amazing side of you. Each day is a manifestation of another amazing and estimable you. Even as your beauty continues to radiate, so your sensitivity. It’s hard to express all that burns inside of me. They are inexplicably enormous. The world is beautiful today, because you have been created to join me in this journey through life. I owe you just one single honour on a day like this. Just to say thanks for always being my baby-girl.
Have a super awesome day today!
Happy birthday LOVE…
Your boy,

This Ranch Christian Centre holds “Check One” concert and talks.

This Ranch Christian Centre holds “Check One” concert and talks.

The city of Abuja will come alive on Sunday, January 13th, 2013 as This Ranch presents a Musical Concert, “Check One”, this is music and talk, to inspire and bless Abuja residents in the New Year. This Ranch is said to be a family of young people that love God, driven by a desire to live out the scriptures, working together to build up one another to become the best in their given careers and endeavors, yet not compromising the dictates of Yahweh.
“ Check One” features a talk show/hot seat session with Segun Lawal, founder of Spirit of David, Nigeria's foremost Christian Dance club who will share from his heart on how to live a life that pleases God and still be relevant as a global change agent .
A worship session with Gbenga Adenuga, worship leader and musician, writer of bestselling public domain gospels such as the popular “You make me wonder” will inspire and bless the audience. Gbenga is the head coordinator of This Ranch Christian Organization, and a successful young man who is now an international acclaimed gospel singer.

The purpose of Check One is for Spiritual strengthening.
Speaking with Gbenga Adenuga on the essence of the concert, he said “I am of the opinion that Christians are drained, even at the early days of a new year, we are already tired. The issue is that we need to find rest. I am sorry but the Nigeria/contemporary church is really no longer to a large extent driven by the spiritual needs of her members as much as the vision of the leaders”. Hear me…ooo I did not say all Churches o o! – He affirmed
Speaking on the most important segment of the concert, Gbenga had stressed that those who were emotionally, spiritually and psychologically overworked, would be relieved !
Gbenga say “This is not classical music or some exotic stage performance. If you are looking for “Just trips” and entertainment, you might be disappointed. But there is a guaranty for every one that comes into that hall on Sunday the 13th of January 2013, as they will be spiritually refreshed, mentally and emotionally strengthened.
Time is 5pm at Auditorium 3, floor 4 of the Silverbird Cinemas, Central Business District Abuja. See you then! “He said

“Why I can’t stop going nude” – Precious (PHOTOS)

Young Precious, who is just at her early 21, has continued to work around her dream of becoming a super model that will ever come out of Nigeria. The young beauty queen had told DailyPost that her dream was to be known globally. Precious had won several modeling competitions even as she never stopped halfway in almost all the Beauty contests she had been part of.
Speaking with DailyPost correspondent, the highly determined model disclosed that she had completely lost trust in men, as none appears to be sincere to women; hence, her major concern was to push her career up the ladder, leaving men to wonder at her super confidence.

She said, “I’m confident, I know that. It’s only with extreme confidence that you can see your own nudity in public. I allow it because I want to sell myself to the world. This is me, and you cannot deny me of me. I’m not selling myself to men as some may want to believe, I’m selling my flexibly, my natural endowment and other things God has endowed in me to those who want to buy, so if my market is not for you, you just shut your mouth and see where Precious is ‘gonna’ be in the next five years”

Disclosing further, she said “Life has thought me to be bold. I have seen both the good and the bad, and if you think it’s easy to survive without the love of a father and a mother, even when they are still living, then you are just being insincere”

“I’m passionate about what I do because, it’s only with this continuous pursuit of my career that I am revitalized any time I’m consumed and lost in the world of anguish.”

At this age, I’m considerably successful, as I keep working for myself even when any man who wants to help you makes some silly demands from you. I’m not budged by any of such intimidation as they will quickly say “if you don’t give me this, I won’t give you that.”

Precious had narrated a sad story of how her parents parted ways when she was still a little girl. She had narrated how her step mother put her father under a spell, and leaving her father in a continuous state of memory loss that he can no longer recognize them. “My father sent my mum out of his house after a woman came into his life years ago. Her charm has turned my father’s love away from us, as he can no longer recognize us as his children, but that has not killed my dream. Each time I call my dad on the phone, to introduce myself; he would act so strange, with all hatred. He denies us every time. But I’m happy. I’m happy because I’m doing something that makes me happy.”

Precious is one of the most popular models in Abuja who has not failed to be part of great modeling event. She currently owns and manages a modeling company and will be contesting in the next edition of Miss Abuja, and Miss Middle Belt.

Sex-starved man demands N1.2m refund from wife’s parents

Malam Mukailu Naibi of Keke Village, Kaduna, whose wife allegedly starved him of sex for two years, on Wednesday demanded N1. 2 million as compensation from the wife’s parents before an Abuja Area Court.

Naibi, while testifying at the resumed hearing of the case, told the court that the amount, covered the bride price he paid before marrying Maryam, his wife.

He also told the court that the amount also covered the cost of damages done to the house after Maryam allegedly set the house on fire before fleeing to court to seek divorce.

He also tendered written documents with records of all expenses made on his estranged wife and her parents, in addition to a witness to testify in his favour.

Naibi, aged 37, had told the court that his wife had refused to make love to him since they got married two years ago.

He also accused her of setting their house on fire.

“Your Worship, since we got married two years ago, my wife never allowed me to make love to her for once and all my attempts to do it always led to fighting.

“I married her out of love and I still love her, but with this development, I have no choice, but to ask the court to grant her divorce wish for the sake of peace,” Naibi said.

In her testimony, Maryam, who is 16 years old told the court that her husband made love to her once, but that she was not impressed and so she wanted a divorce.

“I don’t love him, I don’t love anybody who bears his name and I hate anybody who loves him,” she told the court.

Maryam’s mother who was her only witness in court denied most of Naibi’s claims but admitted some, saying that Maryam’s father was in a better position to clarify some issues.

The Judge, Haruna Masanawa, after hearing all the submissions of the parties in the case, ordered the court’s registrar to summons more witnesses, including Maryam’s father.

He adjourned the case to Jan. 16, 2013 for further hearing. (NAN).

Principal in trouble for conducting unauthorized virginity test on Nigerian students

A secondary school Nigerian principal has been dragged before a local Police post in Ogun state for conducting virginity tests on her female students with her bare hands without the cosnsent of the students and their parents.

The principal was dragged to Ajuwon police station by parents of the students for carrying out virginity tests on their wards without their permission.

DailyPost gathered that the students took to the streets last week in protest of the principal’s action which took place in her office.

It was learnt that the principal, Mrs Aladeojebi accused most of them of promiscuity and later forced them to her office to carry out a virginity test on them with her bare hands.

An SS1 student who was in tears while narrating her ordeal to her parents accused the principal of using her hands to puncture her ‘honey pot’.

Subsequently, other parents were informed and the matter was reported to Ajuwon police station.

DailyPost gathered that Mrs Aladeojebi reportedly confessed of inviting a trained nurse to conduct the test, emphasising that an egg was used and not her hands.

“It is totally unacceptable for a school principal to conduct virgin test. Is that part of the school syllabus or was it ratified by the Ogun state government?” one of the witnesses asked in a rhetoric mood.

Furthermore, a parent stressed that the action was tantamount to sexual abuse, adding that most parents feared the case might be swept under the carpet.

However, all efforts to get an official statement from the police proved abortive as at press time.

10 male participants wore masks to hide their identities and cover their genitals with buckets where they would eventually ejaculate into. They all carried out the action in the presence of thousands of people who witnessed the event.

Nigerian Magistrates' Court sentences man to 2 years in prison for stealing Chicken

A 20-year-old man, Matthew Iroko, was on Thursday sentenced to two years in prison by an Abeokuta Magistrates' Court for stealing a chicken, valued at N1,000.

The sentence, followed a plea of guilty by Iroko, after he was arraigned before Magistrate Idowu Olayinka.

Olayinka sentenced Iroko to two years in prison without an option of fine.

Earlier, the Police Prosecutor, Cpl. Augustine Ozimini, told the court that the offence was committed on Nov. 22, at about 6 a.m. at Apesin Compound, Osiele Abeokuta.

He said that Iroko, of no fixed address, stole a chicken belonging to one Mrs Taiwo Alani .

"Iroko stole the chicken and headed for Osiele market to sell it, the complainant (Alani) saw the chicken with him and raised an alarm.

``An angry mob nabbed and beat him. My lord, Iroko is a common thief, who has been stealing chickens in the community.

``He has been caught several times, but people pardon him and let him go.

"Am afraid my lord, if the court pardons him, he will steal again and he might not be lucky the next time if he is given the jungle justice," he said.

Ozimini argued that the offence contravened Section 390 (9) of the Criminal Code Law of Ogun, 2006.

In his ruling, Olayinka said, "From all the evidence before me, it is obvious that you are guilty of the offence.

"You are hereby sentenced to two years imprisonment with hard labour and without an option of fine." (NAN)

My Blessings are from God, not juju- Charlyboy

Only last week, Charlyboy’s inspirational story hit the social media, as his stupendous wealth got revealed exclusively through major news blogs. The story that went viral saw different bloggers picking it up for traffic drive. Readers of those sites have expressed variant opinions on the startling revelation. While some believed that Charlyboy’s wealth and fame are the rewards of his hard work, others in a contrary opinion see such wealth as a creation of the devil, the “blood money”
In a follow up on the story, our correspondent caught up with the Areafada during one of his morning walks. The Areafada who appeared comfortable with what anybody may want to think of him referred to the people who have such negative notion about him as ‘rubbish people’.
Charlyboy had asserted that individual’s notion of others depends on what they believe in, and as such, the belief that his wealth must be questioned is dependent on the trend in the society where majority of Nigerians now believe in the application of shutouts in attaining success. According to him, tenacity, doggedness, and consistency have all been thrown to the wind in this generation; hence, anybody who tries to break out of the jinx of poverty through personal effort is often considered an “Ogboni” person, or what has been termed illuminati. He said, “Like I will always say, what you see depends on where you stand. If you are a fetish and juju kind of person, everything that you do will be from that mindset. Due to the disgraceful poverty in our midst, either people put their fate in quick fixes or something miraculous because they need an escape from their present predicament and in a way, the existing trend in religion has increased the fear of the people. If you are not doing well in life, someone or some gods in the village are responsible for your own ineptitude. Your enemy somewhere is always holding down your opportunity of securing a job, If you do not get married as expected, you have been ‘jazzed’ and if your marriage is breaking up, it’s that neighbor of yours.
Speaking on how Nigerians now see religion as being solely responsible for their success or failure, Charlyboy said, “Religion is now seen as the opium of the masses or the poor. Because the government has failed them, they need to hang on to something at all time, and that thing is religion. As far as the people are concerned, some of them going through turbulent times are not responsible for their own wahala but something else, hence they must shift blames.
Reacting further on why some people tend to believe that his success was from some questionable sources, Charlyboy said it was because of the general societal notion. “If you are doing well, it will never be because you are working hard. It will never be because you have planned your life well. This is because you have people with great plans, yet results are not forthcoming, so I’m not surprised that they are thinking about me in this light.
Referencing political office holders, the Areafada said, “The distrust between the people and the government is another problem, as the people no longer believe that anybody in government can become successful without some level of corruption. It is something that has gotten into their heads, hence, in this era, they will continue to question people’s wealth even when the money was actually made through the person’s struggle and sweat. This is because most of our leaders have stolen public money, and have been left unquestioned. Because they are not in jail, respectable people are most of the time not associated with wealth, and wealth creation. What it means in this case is that negativity has taken over the land. Corruption has become the norm. Everything ‘bad’ is now the way. I don’t think we should blame them because nothing appears to be normal any more. To most of our people, something must be responsible for not doing well and most of the time, the devil is accused in that regards. This is what I call poverty mentality, frustration mentality and badbelle mentality”

Speaking on how the good life started and how tough it was in the beginning, Charlyboy said it was never easy when he began the journey. According to him, he was face to face with poverty even when he had no business with poverty. Divulging that he started from nothing like everyone else because of his personal vision and conviction, he said “I have been around for 37 years, God knows it wasn’t like this when I started. Ask my cousins and friends who know what I went through in the beginning. I suffered when I had no business with poverty. I was poor out of choice because I wanted to create my own thing. I didn’t want to live under anybody’s shadow”
Appreciating God on all he has done for him over the years; and appreciating God for consistency, tremendous focus and doggedness, he said “I thank God every day for making me a very determined person, for giving me beautiful children and grandchildren. I thank God for my health and my parents who at their age are not being carried from one hospital to the other. I thank God for the creativity. I have been able to use this richly endowed gift of creativity to confuse ignorant Nigerians who can never have enough of my antics. I thank God. I thank God for the discipline even when my mates are doing drugs, following women, drinking Alchohol and not planning their lives, I was busy pretending madness which made me smile to the bank while people chose to see whatever they wanted to see about me. I thank God that my life has become an inspiration to many young people whop are different and no longer bothered about what people think or feel about them. I’m humbled with how God is using me. Anything them like make them talk. If e vex them, make them go find juju wey go work for them. Russish people”

Ojukwu Wills estates, monies to Biance

(APGA).

Dgr8t can confirm that the High Court sitting in Enugu has today disclosed the content of the late Nkemba of Nnewi, Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu’s Will.

The deceased before he died willed majority of his estates and monies to his widow, Bianca.

Ojukwu who led Igbo during the Biafra war, that lasted three years (1967-1970), died last November in the United Kingdom after a prolonged illness. He was aged 78.

The late military officer was given a state burial by the Federal Government, although some elites were against the idea, accusing Ojukwu of planning to secede the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He contested presidency in 2003 under the platform of All Progressives Grand Alliance
