Boko Haram releases new video showing abducted Chibok schoolgirls

Northeast Nigeria-based Boko Haram sect leader, Abubakar Shekau has released another video showing  abducted school girls in Nigeria.
The newly released video , exclusively obtained by French news agency, AFP, shows hundreds of the school girls huddled together purportedly praying after they were converted to Islam by the sect.
All the girls wore the Islamic Hijab dress covering their entire body.

Their demand is that their prisoners being held by the Federal government must be released before they could release the girls to their parents.

The release of the video follows a revelation yesterday by the Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima that the girls had been sighted somewhere in Nigeria.

Meet Teenage girl who hides gun in her vagina

Cops say a Tennessee teen who got arrested for driving with a suspended license on Monday had a surprise in store for police.

When a female corrections officer at Kingsport jail performed a search on 19-year-old Dallas Archer, she allegedly discovered an "unknown object" lodged in the young woman's crotch. She alerted another female officer, who accompanied her during a further examination, according to documents obtained by the Smoking Gun.

The officers allegedly discovered a loaded, five-shot, four-inch .22 caliber mini-revolver concealed in Archer's vagina. It turns out that the gun was stolen last year when John Souther's car was "ransacked" in an auto burglary, cops said.

Souther, a 70-year-old retired car salesman, told TSG that he'd make sure to give his stolen "little fellow... a bath in bleach.”

Why I left Revival Assembly- Prophetess Nonnie

Prophetess Nonnie Roberson is the current President, Nigerian women in Clergy and the Vice President, women in Clergy, Worldwide. Nonnie is a skilled and highly accomplished entrepreneur and business negotiator, who founded a chain of successful businesses in sectors such as Information Technology development and management, Product development and Marketing, Business Consultancy and Healthcare, a mentor and prophetic covering to many. She is also involved in the government as a board member in fulfilment of the social responsibility of the body of Christ, leaning on the scripture that says, “the government shall be upon his shoulder”. She has always believed that prayers and fasting alone cannot solve Nigeria’s problems, hence Christians have to get involved. The Chairperson, African Humanitarian Foundation and the Founder, Wine Ministry Incorporation, in this interview with DailyPost bares her mind on issues surrounding the affairs of Nigerian youth in the church, politics and the entertainment industry. The Prophetess believes that until Nigerian leaders realize that youth unemployment is a monster waiting to consume them, national transformation will remain a mirage. She also discloses why she broke out of Revival Assembly under Pastor Anselm Madubuko, her controversial Saturday Church Service and other sundry issues.

Excerpts:

Q; Can we get to meet you please?

My name is prophetess Nonie Roberson. I am married to an American patron.  I presently have four kids. Two of my kids are in the United States while two are over here with me. I was formerly a Pastor with the Revival Assembly under Apostle Anselm Madubuko. Now, I have a new Ministry, called the New Wine. We are into a lot of crusades. It is more of a prophetic Ministry. It was a spiritual mandate that I have decided to carry out. In November last year, I was appointed as one of the Board members of the Lake Chad Research Institute. I was the pioneering member of Women for Change . I was one of those who conceptualized the idea.  I was the FCT coordinator and Director of Project for Change Initiative.  As I speak to you, I’m the President of Nigerian Women in Clergy.  I’m also the Vice President of Women in Clergy, worldwide.

Q: What do you think about the present crop of Nigerian youth?

I feel very sorry for the youth. When I was in school, my parents knew I was in school. They equally knew when I had to be home. They were engaged in the payment of my school fees and other things that I needed to cope in school, but these days, parents don’t care. Parents don’t even know where their children are. A child could wake up one morning and tell the parents ‘’ I’m going to Abuja’’ and they won’t ask questions. Most times they don’t even care to know whether they are in school or somewhere else. These kids are all out on their own. The only role models they have are Dbanj, 2Face and a host of others. Satellite TV has become their text books. Because of the so much influence they get from the TV, they are continually trapped. They are neither Americana nor Africans; hence they are lost in the middle of nowhere. Something has to be done.

Q: What is your assessment of the music industry generally?

I love music, but  unfortunately, with this generation, we have vibrant tunes and sound than local contents. The content is practically zero. It tells you the content in the head of the singer.  Most of the songs have no message, but whenever you hear the message, your body must move.  There is nothing that influences as much as music, but we have left it porous, as the more garbage, the higher they sell.  And talking about nudity, our youth are neither here nor there. They are stuck in the middle of the road.  They don’t even know who they are. Back in the days, if you know that certain things will bring shame to your parents, you won’t even dear it.  Your parents will need to face the entire family to defend every of your action. When you act weird, your chances of getting married become so slim.  But these days, all those cultures have gone with the wind. Parents are no longer instilling those values in their children. Religious organizations are no longer instilling values. I think these young girls have discarded completely those values, and I wonder whether their self-worth has gone to. Imagine a parent watching his or her daughter showing off all she has got on TV. And even the TV stations that air these nudities are lost in the middle of nowhere. Something is definitely wrong somewhere.  In any case, credit must be given to our producers and musicians. They are trying to meet up with the standard globally, but I think they are all in a hurry to become famous and they are not taking their time to build local content.  I must attest to the fact that the beats are of global standard, which most record labels outside the country have actually commended. I think what they need is to become more creative, especially in the area of the actual messages.
Talking about Nollywood, I’m not a very big fan. Reasons being that, the outcome of every movie is always known after you are being introduced to the movie. The prologue communicates virtually everything. Films in the industry are highly predictable, and they could be produced in 24 hours.  All movies except for few have virtually the same pattern. I’m saying this because I have been in Theatre and I know what it takes to produce a movie.  Another problem with their production is the question of setting. Nollywood movies have a problem defining their settings. Sometimes varied times are portrayed in the same light and contemporary and extant settings are inexplicably mixed up. However, I must give them the credit for their effort, especially, the earliest Nollywood actors like those that initiated the New Masquerade and a host of other popular Soap Opera that transformed into what we have as Nollywood today. I just pray and hope that the industry would be sanitized in no long time.

Q: You were formally with the Revival Assembly, how long did you pastor with the church?

I was a pastor with the Revival Assembly for about 6 years under Pastor Anselm Madubuko.

Q: Tell us about your new ministry and why did you breakaway from Revival Assembly?
When I came back from the United States, I had a Ministry called ‘New Wine’ I was running New Wine, not as a church, because didn’t want to do church, but Prophet Anslem being a friend of mine, wanted me to join him. Even when the church started 3 months earlier, I didn’t know I was going to be made the resident Pastor.  I pastored with him for six years, and HE asked me to go back to the real mandate, and that’s one of the reasons I left.
Yes, I have a new Ministry. Right now, I’m doing something out of the box. At the moment, I have something called ‘’ Spirit Raining’’.  Spirit Raining holds every Saturday. I do not believe church must be on Sundays, as such stringent rule was not stipulated in the bible.  If you go to Dubai, Christians worship on Sundays.  There is no day when we come together to the glory of God that He doesn’t come down to be with us. Because of these unnecessary rules, the church as the body of Christ has been disintegrated. I have decided to break some of these rules, and to bring together all denominations under one umbrella on Saturday to worship together. ‘Spirit Raining’ is non-denominational. In this case, I’m not put in a box to say church must hold on Sunday. I can’t find that in the bible. Those are mere human ideas. And for me to be able to reach my people, I need to be very flexible. I must not be termed ‘’group soul.’’ It’s not going to be easy, telling members of other churches to leave their churches to worship with you on Sunday, so Saturday has been chosen to bring all denominations together. God has asked me to do this, and I’m doing it. He said, ‘’ behold I’m doing a new thing’’. This is part of the new things he is doing for his people. I’m always ready to break the norm if it’s for His own glory.

Q: Any message for the government regarding the present youth unemployment?

The government should know that they will not escape this menace if they don’t do anything meaningful with the growing population of our youths.  If they like, let them have all their children abroad, but so long as their houses are down here, they are in trouble. The monsters we are creating now will turn against us. Take a look at the Boko Haram insurgents in the North. Majority of them are youths.  Our political leaders might think they have escaped the menace, but they have not. The largest population we have in Nigeria are youth. It’s even a shame that people had to die for just immigration job.  It’s even hard for these youths to secure admission into the university. Even at that, is the environment okay for learning? No! I think varied alternative to youth employment should be explored. Technical schools should be set up to encourage handwork, instead of searching for white collar jobs after school.

Q: Final words?

When we talk about corruption in government and corruption in Nigeria, I laugh, because those in government today were once out of government, yet they have been recycled back with their corrupt attitudes.  Corruption is deeply rooted in Nigeria and Nigerians and not just the people in government.  Almost everybody in Nigeria is corrupt; right from that your gateman down to your cook.  The entire country has to be rebranded. Everybody in Nigeria is corrupt, and the worst is that Nigerians lie a lot. The culture starts from the family when parents will tell a child to tell a visitor that they are not at home, even when they are inside the house.  To cure corruption is to first of all accept the reality that we are all corrupt.  It’s a generational culture in the country and we need a holistic cleansing to root out corruption.  The second problem is the issue of poverty that has pushed many people into corruption. Nigerians are truly suffering even in the midst of plenty. If jobs are created and the environment made conducive, things will change. The recent NIS aptitude test tells you that there is a problem, and if an emergency is not declared in the area of job creation, then Nigerians should be ready to fight the monsters they have created. There is poverty and hardship in the land. This is not fair , looking at the wealth of the nation.  It is painful when a mother loses a child because she doesn’t have the means. Our hospitals are not equipped. Is it not a shame that when our political leaders fall ill, they go outside the country? It’s pathetic that Nigerians had to die for the jobs they were never going to get. The recent NIS aptitude test was just mere formality. The Senators and the Ministers’ slots will not create room for the average Nigerian. It’s a pity that the poor are continuously being exploited. These things will continue as long as we don’t hold our leaders accountable

TC Peruzzi rises in style, drops Nagode and Dodorima

https://www.hulkshare.com/badmanmusic/nagode-2

Fast rising Nigerian singer, Tobechukwu Okoh a.k.a TC Peruzzi has returned with another awe inspiring singles, Nagode' and 'Dodorima'.
TC's much anticipated singles that have just hit the airwaves and the social media, were produced by Clemzy. Nagode and Dodorima have been termed deliberate message to Nigerian emerging artistes that, creativity is about being consistent to a course.

Nagode appears like an appreciation to God for his (Peruzzi) deserved talent. It makes all music lovers to have a glimpse of who a typical artiste should be. In that sense, TC used his micro self to address the macro issue of self definition and determination, and appreciating God for the zeal that continues to burn in him.

Dodorima on the other hand talks about love and how it depends on the prowess of self expression. In the song, BadMan as he’s been fondly called by fans and friends, painted some romantic imagery to drive home his message on love. The song equally goes to highlight the efficacy of strong worded appeals in a love situation.

Peruzzi who is currently signed under a record label, Dellis Music Entertainment will also be dropping his debut video. The music video of Nagode, one of the new singles that was directed by the ace Director, Mex, will be premiered on a couple of popular music channels on Saturday March 7th, 2014.
Although, the last child of family of five is an undergraduate student of Medicine and Surgery in far away Ukraine, Peruzzi revealed how the music started with him. “I can’t remember a time in my life where I wasn’t singing or making music. Everyone in my family sings, including my Dad. It has always been about my music, writing songs, recording and producing,” he said.

Apart from his lyrical prowess, the Delta- born singer has not only got a voice but a stage persona that not even the global entertainment industry can ignore.

Keshi bombards Ikechukwu Uche over indiscipline

Ikechukwu Uche is most likely to again miss out on the World Cup after Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi said he lacks discipline. The Villarreal striker has fired 12 goals thus far in the Spanish La Liga, but Keshi has again overlooked him for next month’s crucial World Cup warm-up against Mexico. Keshi has defended his decision by telling the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) technical committee that the striker is not disciplined. Keshi said ‘’Ikechukwu (Uche) is not disciplined and that was why I did not call him up for the Mexico game,” The striker has already said he will not be shocked if he does not make the final squad to Brazil, 2014 despite his goals in the Spanish top flight. Uche missed out on the 2010 World Cup on account of injury. He has been one of Nigeria’s most consistent goal scorers before Emmanuel Emenike emerged on the scene. He was the country’s leading scorer for the qualifying tournament for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations. But at the competition proper in South Africa, he struggled to shine as Emenike used the tournament to establish himself on the international scene.

Pastor caught red handed having sex with another man's wife in Imo state (PHOTO)

This is as reported by the SUN

The Seventh Day Adventist Church in Imo State has been thrown into crisis as a member of the church, Mr. Charles Alozie sensationally alleged that the President of the Anambra and Imo Conference of the church, Pastor Ephraim Uzodinma Okpulor snatched his wife, Mrs. Chinwe Alozie. Charles Alozie said the incident has put asunder the marriage contracted with Chinwe 12 years ago.

Mrs Chinwe Alozie who works at the church’s headquarters in Owerri as an accounts officer had allegedly started the illicit relationship with the President of the Conference who is a family friend of the Alozies in 2011 unknown to the husband, until the bubble burst in September 2012, when Mr Alozie accidentally discovered some amorous conversations saved on the wife’s BlackBerry cellphone.

The distraught Alozie said the affair between his wife and the pastor has not only ruined his life but had also left him without his children as his estranged wife had absconded with his three children since July 12, 2013.

He also accused the President of the Eastern Nigeria Union Mission, Pastor B.E.O Udoh of allegedly shielding Pastor Okpulor from being investigated for alleged adultery with his wife even when the matter had been officially communicated to him over a year ago.

The embittered man said he was elated when his wife was employed in the church because he had thought that she would be safe in the house of God but regretted that now he felt betrayed by the man who is not only the chief shepherd of the churches in Imo and Anambra states but also a family friend who eats and drinks with him in his house. He was angry that the pastor had allegedly been having an affair with his wife behind his back until God decided to expose them. He claimed that since his discovery of the alleged amorous relationship, his life had been in danger.

“Since I discovered this unholy relationship between my wife and Pastor Okpulor, my life has been under constant threat by the two to the extent that my wife had gone to the landlord and threatened him, warning that if he does not throw me out of the house, that he would be dealt with. I came back from my daily work one evening and the landlord called me and gave me two weeks quit notice because he does not want any problem with anybody on account of my living in his house. I had to plead with him to give me at least a month for me to find another accommodation. It was some members of the church who raised the money for me to pay. Later the tricycle I was using for transport business suddenly disappeared from where it was parked. I know this is also the handiwork of my ex- wife and her accomplices because they have vowed to make life unbearable for me as long as I continue with the matter.

“The only thing I need now is to get my three children back but my wife has vowed that I can never get them back, claiming that the children no longer belong to me. This is the reason I had to engage the services of a lawyer to get my children back since my wife has already made up her mind to become the unofficial second wife of the pastor. My attorney has written to Pastor Udoh, reminding him of the letter I had earlier written to him on January 17, 2013 to investigate the matter, but the head of the church in the entire Eastern region has chosen not to do his duty by sanctioning Pastor Okpulor.”

Almost in tears, Alozie said that the bubble on the relationship burst on September 26, 2012 when he came home after the day’s work and the wife refused to serve him his usual dinner but rather directed their housemaid to do so, because she was busy chatting with the pastor on the cellphone as usual. But what irked him, he said, was when his wife who was sitting in the parlour, while he was in the bedroom eating, ordered their maid to close the adjoining door so that he would not hear the conversation going on between her and the pastor. He said he had to reopen the door but the wife again shut it and at that point he inquired from her what sort of discussion was going on with the pastor that she would not want him to hear about. He said his wife insisted that the door must be closed, saying that it was a private matter.

Alozie said that it was at that point that he ordered the wife to hand over to him the BlackBerry cellphone, which, he alleged, was given to her by the pastor. Instead of handing over the phone, Alozie said the following day, the wife went to block the line at the MTN office, apparently to stop him from gaining access to the number.

“I came back from work on the evening of September 26, 2012 but instead of my wife to serve me dinner, she instructed our maid to serve me the food while she continued with her conversation with the pastor because that is what she usually does every night and I was not disturbed because Pastor Okpulor is not only the head of our church in both Imo and Anambra states but also our family friend and I went to the bedroom to eat while she was sitting in the parlour, talking with the pastor. But later, she ordered our maid to close the door connecting the parlour with the bedroom and when our maid closed the door, I ordered her to leave it open but my wife stood up from where she was sitting to close the door for the second time and I asked her what sort of conversation was going on between her and the pastor that would warrant her to close the door when I was eating in the bedroom and she replied that it was a private matter and at that point, I seized the cellphone from her.

“The following day when I refused to hand her back the phone, she went to block the line in MTN office unknown to me, because when I tried her line, it simply said that the number no longer exists. But few days later when she travelled, I decided to extract the memory card from her phone and put it in my own phone to listen to some of the church hymns which she usually plays on her phone because I equally like the songs. But to my greatest surprise, what I heard was recorded voices of her conversations with different people including my own and I was wondering how my wife would record my conversations with her.

But when I scrolled further down, I was alarmed when I heard the amorous conversations between my wife and the pastor which is terrible for any man of God to engage in with a married woman. And to be sure of what I was hearing, I had to cross-check the number and made sure that it actually belonged to Pastor Okpulor and I wept bitterly. Because it was a total betrayal for a man who I consider as a family friend to be having an affair with my wife behind my back. It is even more painful for me because whenever I have any problem with my wife, it was this same pastor that settles the problem between us.”

I got home one afternoon, Pastor Okpulor was already in my house, I greeted him and asked him if my wife had told her pastor and boss that she now drinks alcohol and obviously, Pastor Okpulor must have known that I had discovered his unholy relationship with my wife, he retorted that he did not know that my house was on fire and quickly left. When I confronted my wife about her adulterous relationship with the pastor, she had begged me to forgive her and not to expose them and I agreed on the condition that she must tell Pastor Okpulor to come with his wife so that the matter would be settled since it is a family affair.

“I reported the case to her family members and told them how my wife has turned our matrimonial home into a chalet, sleeping with the pastor who she is working with in the same office, and when her family members tried to intervene in the matter, she simply told them off, saying that she was no longer interested in the marriage. By early February 2013, she had packed all her belongings and abandoned the children and left the house before I returned from work.”

Soon After, Pastor Okpulor failed to attend meetings scheduled by the secretary of the Conference, Pastor Akubude and my church pastor to absolve himself of the allegations, I had to officially write to the overall head of the church in the Eastern region, Pastor B. E. O. Udoh on what the president in charge of Imo and Anambra conference of the church has been doing with my wife, which has led to the break up of my marriage.

“Members of the church are very disappointed in the way and manner the allegation of adultery, which is a very serious offence is being handled by the regional head of the church whom we heard is being blackmailed by the same Mrs Chinwe Alozie. When a similar case was brought against a pastor, this same Okpulor insisted that the pastor must step aside for an investigation and after which he lost his pastor’s licence. The unwillingness on the part of the regional head to sanction Pastor Okpulor who is his subordinate could only mean that he approved the actions of the pastor.”

He further revealed that because of the ugly situation, some members of the church who were to wed in the church last year refused to allow Pastor Okpulor to perform the solemnization of their marriage.

He also disclosed that the regional head of the church, Pastor Udoh has also ignored the letter written to him by the attorney of Deacon Alozie demanding for action on the matter.

Another member of the church who simply identified himself as Nnamdi said that the leaders of the church were treating the matter with levity because Alozie is a poor man. Nnamdi who said he was disgusted with the church leaders whom he described as Pharisees disclosed that he had already decided to stop attending the church as long as Pastor Ukpulor remained the head of the Conference of Imo and Anambra states.

When contacted, Pastor Okpulor said that he needed the clearance of his superiors to make further comments on the issue.

Miss Heritage Nigeria opens up on anti- Prostitution Project

Former Miss Abuja, now Miss Heritage Nigeria, Stella Charles, has disclosed her plans to confront all prostitution related vices in the country, saying that African value system prohibits prostitution at all levels.

She said " As  African women, we should  have decent behaviours, from what we wear to how we behave and carry ourselves. I believe women are the face of Africa, and must at all times showcase Africa in the most respectable light."

Stella, while speaking at a symposium organized by Nigerian models in Diaspora said that one of her plans as Miss Heritage was to continue with what she started when she was the Most Beautiful Girl in Abuja (MBGA).
Recalling that she had won 2 crowns before the last Miss Heritage, Stella said that it does not matter the number of crowns one wears, but what one is able to do with the crown. Hear her; I won other two (2) awards including this, making it 3. It's not how many crowns one wears, it is more about what you do with the crown, how u inspire people and other stuff."

Speaking on Same Sex Marriage, she said " I will always uphold African culture and tradition, and since our culture abhors Same sex Marriage, lesbianism and homosexuality, I won't digress. I love my heritage, and that's why I'm Queen Stella."

Stella was the Most Beautiful Girl in Abuja in 2010 and the current Miss Heritage-Nigeria. She has equally won several other mouth watering awards.
